SUBJECT: Scholarship Program Rules
PURPOSE: The HMLBA Scholarship Program is established to provide funds for deserving students who are seeking higher levels of education in the academic, vocational or professional field.
SCOPE: Applicants will be sought in two (2) categories--
1. Students who are members of a current graduating class of any accredited high school.
2. Students who are enrolled full-time in an accredited institution of higher learning (college, university, vocational training).
ELIGIBILITY: Students eligible to receive awards must be members of Missouri Limousin Breeders Association or Missouri Limousin Breeders Junior Association.
PROCEDURES: 1. Students must submit a written application complete with all documentation as required. 2. Scholarship must be used during the period July 2006 and June 2007. 3. Application must be returned by April 1, 2006 to Sandy Meyer, P O Box 1140, Lebanon, MO 65536.
SELECTION AND AWARDS: Applications will be evaluated and selection of the scholarship recipient will be made prior to June1, 2005. Awardee will be notified of the date and time of the monthly meeting at which time a check will be presented.
